1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using armorxelite.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.
2. About ArmorXElite
ArmorXElite sells premium EVA foam marine decking, boat deck kits, surfboard mats, protective films, and related marine flooring products. All products are custom-made or cut to order unless otherwise specified. Our business is located at 1160 W. Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91762.
3. Products & Custom Orders
Custom-made products: Many of our products — including custom boat kits and laser-etched decking — are made to order based on your specific vessel measurements and color preferences. Because these items are custom-manufactured, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, textures, and dimensions. Due to variations in screen displays, actual colors may differ slightly from images shown on our website. Physical color samples are available upon request.
CAD templates: Custom kit orders include a CAD template as part of the production process. Any inaccuracies in measurements or specifications provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or quote acceptance
- Sales tax will be applied where required by law
5. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a purchase or binding contract. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, materials selected, and shipping destination. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
6. Order Processing & Lead Times
- Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Custom-cut and boat kit orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation
- Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to demand, material availability, or shipping carrier delays
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination
- ArmorXElite is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control
- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
8. Returns & Refunds
Standard (non-custom) products: May be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact info@armorxelite.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Custom-made products: All custom orders — including custom boat kits, cut-to-fit decking, and laser-etched products — are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted once production has started.
Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
9. Warranty
ArmorXElite products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, fuel spills, or abrasive cleaners
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Fading due to prolonged UV exposure beyond normal expected use

10. Intellectual Property
All content on armorxelite.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of ArmorXElite and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. ArmorXElite holds multiple texture patents. Unauthorized reproduction of our patented textures or designs is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmorXElite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property. Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArmorXElite, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our products, website, or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
